Tainan University of Technology (hereinafter referred to as the university) The Alumni of Department of Fine Arts Scholarship Application is dedicated to supporting the graduates and younger students of the alma mater, and actively creates research, publications and participates in the affairs of the Alumni of Department of Fine Arts ; contributes to the development of national art and culture Responsibility, specially set up scholarships and grants.

I. Types of rewards and subsidies
(1) Scholarship and bursary
1. Qinghan scholarship (applicable to students, only one subsidy per person)
(1) Amount: Thirty thousand New Taiwan dollars.
(2) Target: Students in the Fine Arts Department of our school (students with academic status and non-retirement students, elective students).
(3) Application: Apply on your own or through the recommendation of your tutor. Check the written information:

✽Certificate of coldness or other proof of coldness
2. Graduation production awards (applicable to students, each person is limited to one grant)
(1) Amount: NT$ 5,000.
(2) Target: Graduates of the Art Department of our school that year (passed the preliminary examination, and are not extension students,  return students).
(2) Application: recommended by the graduate production instructor (each teacher recommends a maximum of 3 posts, not limited to the instructor of this group), please check the written information (color printing) and CD:
A. Application form and summary form.
B. 250dpi drawing files of five representative works produced by graduation, the file name is marked with "name, representative work ○ (number), work name ○ ○ ○".
C. For reference works, the file name is marked with "name, reference work ○ (number), work name ○ ○ ○".
(2) Youth creation subsidy (applicable to alumni who have graduated more than one year and obtained a bachelor's or master's degree, excluding graduate students who are still studying; only one subsidy per person)
1. Amount: Thousands of New Taiwan Dollars.
2. Target: Alumni who graduated from the Fine Arts Department of our school, under the age of 30.
3. Application: Apply by yourself, please check the written information (color printing) and CD. (1) Application form and summary form.
(2) A copy of the school's graduation certificate.
(3) 250dpi artwork files of ten works created within three years.

3. Application period: from March 10th to May 10th each year.

4. How to apply: Mail in an A4 envelope by registered mail or put it in the mailbox on the second floor of the Department of Fine Arts Building. If you have not received the notice from the handler within one week, please go to the department’s responsible window ask.

V. Jury members: There are 3 judges.
(1) The president shall be an ex officio review member and serve as the convener.
(2) Outside professionals nominated by the president and vice presidents will be selected as review members after discussion and resolution.
(3) One person will be elected by the vice president to act as a supervisor.

6. Results of the review: An announcement will be made on the Facebook page of the Association and the Information Bulletin Board of the Association of Fine Arts Departments on June 10 each year.

Seven. Award Ceremony: The award ceremony will be held at the opening ceremony of the Alumni of Department of Fine Arts

8. Feedback and sharing:
(1) Those who receive subsidies or awards need to join the Department of Fine Arts Association. Please refer to the   chapter for the relevant admission fee reduction and exemption methods.
(2) Propose one to three works to participate in the recent joint exhibition of the Association of Friends.

9. Revocation of awards: For those who have received award subsidies, if the following circumstances are verified, the president convenes a meeting to discuss the decision to cancel the award and recover the full amount of the award, and announce the message on the Facebook and Art Department of the Association No objection is allowed in the information bulletin board of the club.
(1) Those who violate the school rules and seriously damage the image of the school department.
(2) The infringement of the forged documents or works is true.

10. If there are any unfinished matters in the above points, the chairman may call a meeting to amend it.
